Sublimation patches are created using a process called dye sublimation. and they are known for their ability to handle small details and gradients very well.  A design is created using graphic design software; our in-house designers would be happy to create one for you if needed.The design is then printed onto special sublimation transfer paper using sublimation ink, which is than transfered into the fabric using heat press. Patch borders, which are usually merrow or embroidery borders, can then be added afterward as per customer need.
